The Remnant 2 Dreamcatcher is a melee weapon that can be found in the Tormented Asylum. You need to head over to the Morrow Parish Asylum and switch to the Tormented Asylum. However, if you have Ironborough as your starting zone, you will have to reroll in Adventure Mode in order to get Morrow Parish.

When you make it to the Morrow Parish Asylum, look for Stone-Carved Dolls. There will be three dolls, one on each floor, and you must collect all three to proceed. Once you have collected the dolls, head over to the basement and proceed to the bottom cell of the basement.
